Per-Audience Coverage
The Phase 0 schema commitment per Sitemap v0.2 §14: every per-Q-G file carries audience_visibility — an array of audience tiers the entry ships to.
Closed set of audience tiers (updated S149, 2026-06-01): industry · cold · sales · director · production · investor · vendor · counsel.
sonytier retired S149 (2026-06-01). The JV / Sony partnership path is retired (Q-G96); thesonytag was removed from all 88 entries that carried it and dropped from the closed set. The S122 snapshot table below still shows thesonyrow as a point-in-time record; ignore it for current coverage (Phase V regeneration will drop it).
vendor was added to the closed set at S122 per Kevin’s call. Definition: external integrators / partners working with Fluxx-adjacent products (ftrack, color/DI houses, camera vendors, LED stage operators integrating INTO Fluxx). NOT a Fusion-licensee tier — Fusion-licensee canon stays in JV territory per Q-G89. See 02_Working/Wiki/Sitemap_v0.2.md §14 for the full tier definition.
S122 snapshot — corpus at 89 Q-Gs (table not yet refreshed for Q-G90–94)

S122 bulk-tag pass populated audience_visibility for all 83 untagged entries from S121’s mirror corpus, plus retroactively added vendor to 3 S120 pilot entries (Q-G57, Q-G88, Q-G89). The substrate now has zero TBD remnants and zero empty audience_visibility arrays outside of Q-G19 (superseded by design).

“Locked-canon ratio” = approved / total. The remaining percentage is the gap-fill work the gap-analysis surface enables.
What this surface enables — gap-fill use case
Directly answers: “What’s missing for me to build a [sales / director / production] deck?”
For each tier with a planned deck workstream:
- Sales / director / production tiers — 60 entries each ship; 48 approved (80%), 11 candidate (gap-fill target), 1 in-flight. To get any of these decks to fully-locked canon, focus the gap-fill on the 11 candidate + 1 in-flight entries. The cold-cluster register-variants (Q-G81 / Q-G84-87) don’t apply at these tiers; cold-tier-specific framing isn’t a sales/director/production concern.
- Investor tier — 83 entries, but 25 candidate + 2 in-flight + 3 unreviewed + 1 no-answer-yet. Highest absolute gap (29 entries not yet approved). This tier carries deal mechanics that are intrinsically less locked because they depend on commercial terms still being negotiated. (The
sonytier mirrored these counts exactly; it was retired S149 per Q-G96.) - Vendor tier — 34 entries, 28 approved (82%), 6 candidate. Newest tier (S122 addition). Gap-fill is modest. Production-workflow content Kevin is about to draft pulls primarily from this tier’s approved entries.
- Counsel tier — 33 entries, only 14 approved (42%). Lowest locked-canon ratio. Most counsel-relevant content is in candidate / unreviewed state because IP / governance / commercial terms haven’t been formally locked yet. This is expected; counsel canon firms up as deals advance.
- Cold tier — 25 entries, all approved (100%). The cold cluster (Q-G81 / Q-G84-87) is fully locked; the universal-canon entries that also ship at cold (Q-G18, 20, 22-25, etc.) are locked. No gap-fill work at cold tier.
Per-tier coverage details
Per-tier Q-G lists (89 entries × 9 tiers) are not hand-authored in this Phase V state — Phase V will auto-aggregate from _Master_Canon/Q-G/ frontmatter at build time. Until then, the summary table above is the read surface; for a specific Q-G’s audience_visibility array, read the per-entry file in _Master_Canon/Q-G/.
