Staleness note (S139, 2026-05-29): this is the S120 inventory and has not been re-audited end-to-end. Known movement since: gap #1 (two-whitepapers intentionality) was resolved at S125 — Near-Time v0.1 is the canonical thesis, OS v4 archived (see Whitepapers). Treat the table below as the S118/S120 baseline pending a full refresh in a dedicated canon-health pass.

How this page updates
This file is hand-authored from the S118 audit + S120 sign-off. Future iterations of the build pipeline will populate the gap inventory from a build script that reads _Master_Canon/Q-G/ frontmatter for non-approved entries (unreviewed, candidate, no-answer-yet, deferred, in_flight) plus a curated standing-gaps source file at _Master_Canon/_Audit/Canon_Gaps_Standing.md (to be authored Phase V). Phase 0 ships the hand-authored snapshot.
