Why this wiki exists

Layer 1 of the three-layer canon architecture sketched at S98 (Brain Reorg v0.3). A browsable surface for the select group — Kevin, Ari, Nick at Switchover — to find the current state of Fluxx canon, the latest shipped artifacts, historical context, and (during the Phase 0 → Switchover parallel-run) live validation state of the underlying canon migration.

The wiki composes from existing source-of-truth files in Kevin_Brain. The source files are authoritative. This wiki is a generated read surface.

What changed recently

Phase 0 ship (S120, 2026-05-19):

  • _Master_Canon/ substrate stood up with 7 pilot Q-Gs mirrored and 2 doctrine pilots migrated from CLAUDE.md (Logo Guardrail + Pitch Deck Brief Rule).
  • Two new canon locks: Q-G88 (ComposiTrack is canonical product name everywhere; ChromaTrack patent-only) and Q-G89 (JV / Fusion excluded from Fluxx canon).
  • Wiki at wiki.fluxxvp.com live, gated Kevin-only via Cloudflare Access.
  • Canon Gaps page populated with the standing audit-adjacent gaps from S118.

Demo 2 countdown: 28 days (June 16, 2026 — White Dragon shoot + Sony pitch in Taipei).

Status

Phase 0 (S120-S121) + Phase V (validation) + Phase Switchover (S123 target) all pre-Demo-2 per Sitemap v0.2 §9 reframe. Tier 1 + Tier 2 access opens at Switchover. Validation pages retire (or move to admin-only) post-Switchover.
