Validation Status

Post-Switchover (delivered S125, 2026-05-20). The parallel-run / mirror phase is closed; _Master_Canon/Q-G/ is the sole canonical Q-G surface. This dashboard now surfaces canon health (schema, supersession, last-verified, gaps, coverage) over that single source.

Canon coverage

94 of 94 Q-G entries live as per-entry files in _Master_Canon/Q-G/ (Q-G1–Q-G94). All carry the v0.3 §3 schema. The S120 7-entry pilot and the S121 bulk fan-out are complete; entries Q-G90–94 were added post-S122. This is the sole canon location (the legacy single-file answer-bank was archived at Switchover to 02_Working/Archive/OPEN_QUESTIONS_archived_pre_S125.md).

The per-entry directory listing is the index; pull individual files on demand. The full build-script aggregation that renders the corpus dynamically is Goal A Phase 5 (post-Demo-2) — until then, the audit views below are hand-maintained snapshots.

Drift status

Parallel-run drift is structurally closed post-Switchover (single source — nothing to drift against). See Vault / Mirror Drift (historical). Drift-class problems now surface on the Supersession, Schema, and Last-Verified views below.

Switchover gate criteria

Delivered S125 — see Switchover Gate for the audit trail.

Latest canon changes (S139, 2026-05-29)

  • Q-G20 — Variant G (VC / cold one-sentence pair) + companion positioning line locked.
  • Q-G57 — §5 cost-claim broadened (50% on VFX = floor; whole-film cost comes down); §3 platform-vs-pipeline register refinement.
  • Corpus holds at 94 entries.
